Responsive, professional and reasonably priced. I had my heat go out on a Sunday evening. I called two places, ServiceMax and one other. The other told it would be a minimum of $300 for them to come some time the next day on top of any parts and supplies and time. ServiceMax told me it was less than 1/2 that price and the could come in the morning beetween 8-12. They said the tech would call me 20-30 min before he's available. He called me at 7:30am and was here by 7:50. He was here for 2 hours and told me everything he was working on and doing and what the issue(s) were. I felt confident that we wasn't trying to rip me off, he was polite, professional and responsive. Amazing.
We have used Service Max extensively for both plumbing and electric since moving to the north suburbs one year ago. They helped design and execute a large lighting project, helping educate us in an area we knew little about. They have also helped with some very thorny plumbing problems we inherited with our house. At all times, the work is top notch and reasonably priced, and the team expertise first class. Every time I pick up the phone to call them, I have no worries about getting the straight story, and not being oversold on a solution.
We’ve used ServiceMax for years… from installing our Mitsubishi heating/cooling units, servicing our main HVAC, to a full main bathroom remodel… these folks do it all. Last night our sump pump failed and we had a bid by that evening (Friday night) and it was replaced before noon today (Saturday). Always responsive and communicative with status and any delays (which happened with some supply chain issues on our bathroom).

I had called when my central air went out during the 100 degree days. ServiceMax was able to come out right away. Their technician was courteous, professional and was able to fix the problem quickly. The prices were reasonable and I will use them next time as well.
Very professional service. I had ServiceMax install Mitsubishi Ductless mini Split for two rooms and a battery backup Sump Pump. Mike from ServiceMax explained all my available options and gave me good recommendations. They scheduled the service within a week and had it completed within one day. All who came to install were very friendly and professional. Mike responds very quickly to emails and answers any questions you have. Definitely would recommend this place for any heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical needs. You will not be disappointed. After installation I had a few questions and Mike immediately came that evening to answer all my questions. Very fast and friendly service.
